Description

A very exceptionnal armagnac made out of the rare and precious Folle Blanche. After 25 years in cask, this armagnac is truly a keeper. For connoisseur and real amagnac lovers. The experience of a beatiful and very complex spirit.
Nose : Elegant and refined, very expressive and suave. White fruits, rose, violet, fern, a little smoke, sweet truffle, blond tabacco.
Palate : Straight forward, sweet, round and exceptionnal length, really fresh.
Color : Bright and colorfull, Dark Amber, Mahogany

Couleur

Beaucoup d’élégance ! L’étoffe de la robe se fait séductrice et joue sur des teintes ambre/acajou. Elle est brillante, lumineuse et limpide. Les reflets apportent, un côté, chaleureux et apaisants avec leur dégradé vieil or/argent.

Suggestions accords mets

Filet de bar poêlé, duo de caviar. Pavé de turbot moelleux, rhubarbe au piment enragé et violette. Superposition de rouget à la sobrassada, jus de betterave au balsamique. Nori maki de langoustines au foie gras et langoustines poêlées au tandoori.
